Drivers access the trips assigned to them through the provider’s driver workflow. Pickup and drop-off details stay connected to the run, helping the driver and dispatcher work from the same plan.
Access is arranged by the business. A public trial account does not grant access to another provider’s trips or driver accounts.
Carry the route choice into the trip.
When dispatch saves a road-route goal for a trip leg, the assigned driver can load directions for that choice. Review the pickup location and vehicle access before moving, and follow road conditions and restrictions along the way.
Directions opened in an external navigation app can change as that app recalculates the route.
